Saturday 6th January 2018 saw us open up our grounds and showcase everything that this stunning venue has to offer for your bespoke event.

It was a day full of bubbly, flowers, newly engaged couples and even some intermittent blue sky!

Our historic Saxon church was beautifully decorated by the talented Shirley from S&A Floral Design, alight with the soft glow of candles and outside stood two brilliant 1960s Wedding Cars available for hire from KR Classic Cars.

In the grounds stood one of Wild at Heart’s fabulous tipis, beautifully rustic and even equipped with a stone pizza oven!

Inside the barn an indoor marquee had been constructed, which housed all the amazing suppliers showing off their various products and services. Tables and chairs were laid out with lovely covers from Got it Covered Lincolnshire and centre pieces from S&A Floral Design.

At 1pm the Bridal Lounge Highgate put on a stunning bridal catwalk, with the models beautifully done up by Feroza Hair & Make Up.

Visitors to the open day gained free entry into a luxury prize draw, the prize being a gorgeous hamper containing gifts from the range of suppliers on show. We are pleased to announce the lucky winner of this hamper is Danielle Williams!

Howell Manor has been home to the Sardeson family for generations, but bank holiday Monday saw it open its gates to the public for a stunning open day.

The day signified the idyllic grounds being opened up for bespoke events such as weddings, birthdays and other parties, and guests were thrilled with what they saw.

With a beautiful Saxon church (lit only by candlelight), a spacious marquee housing up to 300 guests and a gorgeous rustic barn, the venue has a lot to offer, and the abundance of visitors had a great time exploring.

Suppliers lined the tables inside the marquee displaying a range of services that can be employed for events. From cake makers, to florists, to a magic mirror photo booth, there was a great variety on show to inspire prospective brides to be.

There was a fantastic atmosphere and even the animals wanted to get involved!

Thanks to all the suppliers for contributing to the day’s success!
